We work along with the customer to customise a model to address their specific needs. Any of these engagement models can be applied to our suite of services for convenience and best value for money.

Fixed Price Model
The Fixed Price Model is feasible for a project when the system requirements are close-ended and clearly stated. We offer fixed pricing based on given specification after using industry standard estimation technique and estimation tools to determine the effort and duration required to complete the project. The cost of the project is calculated beforehand and is quoted to the client. The subsequent execution of the project is completed within the stated budget. This is a low-risk option, wherein the deliverables, costs and timelines are pre-determined. In case of any change in scope, a consensus is sought with the client on a fixed hourly rate.

Time and Materials Model
The Time and Materials Model is practical where the projects are quite complex and are prone to specification and design changes midstream. This is ideal for clients who want a greater role in the project execution. Under this method, the pricing is based upon the total project execution time and the corresponding resources deployed at our facility for project. T&M model provides greater flexibility in developing the project specification on an on going basis and modifying it based on the changing market needs.

 

Hybrid Model

For certain projects, the scope isn’t clear at the beginning but the client wishes to adopt the fixed price model. In such cases, we use the T&M model in the SRS (System Requirement Specification) phase, and the duration is taken to arrive at the fixed scope of the project. Once this phase is completed, we offer the client a fixed price model. This is the ideal method in cases where the client wants to optimise budgets without compromising any aspect of the project.

Dedicated Resource-based Model

This model is mainly suited to software companies that are willing to establish their own offshore development centre or long term association for certain product development/maintenance where requirements change dynamically. In this model, we provide the resources to work on your project or be the part of your development team. The model facilitates cost effective solution to customers requiring continuous offshore support. In this model, pricing can be offered in two different ways, all expenses paid at actual plus retainer fees or on Time & Material basis.

 

 

For companies and clients who wish to associate with us long term or wanting their offshore development team/house, we support them to invest in replicating their IT environments, train our teams, setup communication and security systems, and integrating our development processes with theirs to ensure that the offshore team is an efficient and seamless extension of their development facilities. In this scenario we identify and define the team along with the client and maintain transparency, access, and control of the team with the client where the dedicated team works as an extension to the client’s development team.
