Challenge:
Our client is a leading telecom management company that required a service targeted at individuals that can schedule all their mobile task through desktop/web application with following challenges:
In spite of the large volume of information, the structure and navigation needed to be simple and targeted to the audience perspective. The system needed to support desktop as well as mobile platform.
- Managing user credits (per usage charge) even if they sent it from any platform.
- Multithreaded application for sending bulk SMS
- Auto start scheduler
- Importing Contacts from any kind of format such as Excel & CSV files and mapping them with existing database without losing performance.
Compubits' Solution:
We provided a solution for the above challenge by developing and designing an online web application to mobile user. The project named Instant Contact was born to provide web/ desktop based SMS sending facility with scheduling, bulk SMS etc. functionality with history management. We used following technologies and tools:

Invoice Project
Client : Recruitment Industry, USA
Challenge:
- Generate staff payroll report and client invoice report according to excel sheet uploaded by user.
- Generate monthly Invoice Report
- Generate monthly Payroll Report showing individual employee’s work details
Compubits' Solution:
After analyzing the needs of our client we recommended a Database driven portal incorporating invoices, payroll report and attendance report of the organization. We also provided facility for our client’s customers to view the status of their own invoices, leave status and any pending issue with a facility to send alerts by email. We developed a system that smoothly created and managed invoice (for client’s customers) and payroll report (for client’s employees) instead of simple spreadsheet. All calculations are done automatically and provide report as per user requirement

- All employees can check their individual Payroll report and set status that they have viewed the report.
Map Application
Client : Service Industry, USA
Challenge:
As a leading provider of cutting edge solutions to the Service Industry, our client was seeking an advanced Mapping System that would enable their end users to easily manage and update information and data. Moreover, the solution needed to be flexible to incorporate future changes.
Some of the key challenges for the developments were:
- Rich GUI Interface without using system control
- Implementing GIS functionality not supported by Virtual Earth APIs.
- Providing third party data support.
- Search Location by Name, Address or Category
- Browse business category
- Provide route between multiple points on map
Compubits' Solution:
We proposed a web-enabled Mapping Solution developed by a team of our dedicated developers. We designed a process that is used by the System to generate route between multiple points and enables user to search location using different search criteria such as Name, Address or Category. Our solution also provides support for third party data and can browse business directory and execute in Rich GUI form.
Technology:
A majority of the front-end uses SSI pages with the extensive use of JavaScript. The interactive features are developed using JavaScript.
