Manjeet Panesar Director Compubits Support Ltd, Unit 27, Balfour Business Centre, Balfour Road, Southall, Middlesex UB2 5BD U.K.	Manjeet has over 25 years of experience in the software industry. He started his career with British Telecom in the United Kingdom, gaining extensive knowledge of the processes employed in the industry for planning, provision and maintenance of the global telecommunication networks. He was instrumental in designing and developing BT’s telecommunication network asset management system. In 1995 Manjeet and his colleagues setup an independent consultancy – Compubits Support, focusing on providing support to Telcos in general, including BT primarily in the Asset Management area. In 2004 a subsidiary- Compubits Solutions, was established in India with the aim of providing high quality offshore development services. Manjeet is actively involved in the development of the subsidiary in India to provide a cost effective and value added service to all clients whatever their size.
Dave Short Director Compubits Support Ltd, Unit 27, Balfour Business Centre, Balfour Road, Southall, Middlesex UB2 5BD U.K.	Dave has over 36 years of experience in the software industry. He started his career with British Telecom in the United Kingdom as an Engineer working in the Teletraffic Division, working on International telephone exchange simulation, after which he became a software engineer in British Telecom’s international division. Dave is an experienced systems analyst and database designer, having worked on many hardware and software platforms from legacy mainframes to modern networked architectures.

A very sound knowledge of financial aspects of business gives Pankaj a solid base for managing businesses cost effectively. Pankaj has been a founding member of the Compubits Group since 1993 and is actively involved in corporate negotiations, acquisition and integration of businesses in hardware, software and IT support areas.

Jas has extensive experience in analysis and design using structured methodologies, which she has applied very successfully. She has consistently demonstrated her strong technical ability allied with an appreciation of business requirements and effective people management skills, to help deliver successful projects. Within Business Intelligence and Data Integration she has also worked in pre-sales, where she worked on a number of successful bids. Jas has worked in a number of business sectors including financial services, utilities, distribution, UK National Health Service (world famously known as the NHS), manufacturing, central government and the emergency services. Her depth of experience, gained across a number of consultancy roles, has enabled her to develop a powerful library of methods and techniques, which have been adopted by her colleagues in other projects. Jas has been involved in training and mentoring client personnel to equip them to perform their roles effectively, particularly in the data migration lifecycle process and the information management arena. Jas is involved in the day to day operation of Compubits Solutions in India to provide a cost effective and value added service to all clients, irrespective of the size of the project.
